Tough Questions Series - How should Christians deal with issues of mental health?

We know how important good physical health is but having good mental health is just as important. As Christians how should we deal with issues of depression and anxiety? For those who are dealing with mental health issues is the only answer to just pray and read the Bible? How can we love and support people who are dealing with issues of mental health?

For this topic we’re blessed to have Licensed Mental Health Counselor Tressa Borchardt share with us and answer our questions related to mental health. You can email your specific questions ahead of time HERE.
