Christianity and Islam are the world's two biggest ideas and we need to talk.
Join us for a night of tasty food and meaningful conversation with our muslim friends and neighbors. Come at 7pm so we can all be seated and ready to eat at sunset. The only programming for the evening will be dinner and conversation at tables.

Due to another burst of snow arriving late tonight and into tomorrow we are cancelling this seminar and hope to reschedule in the future.
Join us on February 8 from 9 AM - Noon for a seminar on understanding Islam with the The Al-Ma'idah Initiative. This will be a time to learn more about Islam and how to have a conversation about faith with your muslim neighbors, co-workers, and friends.

4:00-5:00 PM - Carols and Candles
We'll be singing classic songs, sharing scripture, and ending with a candlelit singing of Silent Night.
5:00-5:30 PM - Mingle and Go
Take more pictures, grab a drink, wish everyone a Merry Christmas and continue celebrating the gift that is Jesus thru the weekend!

Most churches have an end of the year business meeting to update church members on various things. We like to make ours a bit more than that. At our annual meeting we’ll share a meal, celebrate what God has done in 2024 and dream together about what he will be doing in 2025 and beyond. Plan on joining us December 3th at 6 PM. Dinner and childcare will be included.

Join us for root beer floats and hear important updates on ministry, vision and what God is doing in and through our church family.
Join us for a vibrant Community Mural event on July 13th from 9 AM to 3 PM in the north parking lof of the church. This family-friendly event welcomes participants of all skill levels to contribute to a beautiful paint-by-number mural. Enjoy music, giveaways, and delicious food as we come together with our neighbors to beautify our neighborhood through art and build lasting relationships.
We are also asking for your support to help make this event possible. The Renton Arts Commission has generously provided a grant of $5,000, and we need to raise an additional $5,000. Your contributions will go a long way in bringing this community project to life. Let's create something beautiful together!

This class will help you organize your finances, build a plan to achieve your goals and bring hope and empowerment to those frustrated with their financial situation.
Timing: This will be a Zoom class starting April 30 and running every Tuesday night from 7-8 PM for five weeks, ending on May 30.
About the teacher:
Matthew Soper has been a full-time pastor for 30 years and is now an Interim Pastor and Financial Education Professional.
Join us Saturday morning as we lend a hand to some members of our church and help to clean up and beautify their yards. There will be work available for all abilities so kids are welcome to participate.
We’ll have two different locations so please RSVP below and we’ll be contacting you with more information on where to meet.

Let’s practice both hearing and making from the word of God at this workshop together!
At our mid-year meeting in July we shared some of the discussions that are happening in our association of churches around topics such as women in ministry, the role of pastor/elder, and our affiliation with the Southern Baptist Convention. Many of you expressed a desire to have discussions around these topics and so we’ll be hosting our first discussion on November 11.
